elevenone Posted March 27, 2018 Report Share Posted March 27, 2018 Can’t really offer up opinion on this one as since games are now at Airdrie I am unable to pop along (do miss the wee midweek nights at Firhill). I do think however it is a very young team been featuring recently perhaps not helped by a good few of the regulars being out on loan. I think a few on here pop along so could probably advise better. Tonight was a good example with only Penrice representing the more experienced "senior" youngsters. Killie had the likes of Steven Smith and a couple of other over age players (think Kiltie is overage). Think if we were to play McCarthy, McLaughlin, Lamont and Nisbet we'd see more of the other youngsters shine. Given we've been playing two 17 year olds (one's just turned 18) in the centreback positions all season, and still held our own often enough, I think there's plenty to be encouraged about. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
