I’d prefer Stranraer home or away in the next round

It’s a complicated issue if the club are trying to sign Brian Graham. He has a one game ban to serve and if Thistle were to sign him today he could play tomorrow but then miss the game at Arbroath. If however they waited to Thursday then he will serve his ban with County for their game on Wednesday so he’d be free to play Saturday. This is all assuming of course we are trying to sign him. I’d guess if he is a target he will sign on Thursday next week.

I too would have been offended if you suggested that my guest at a game should move to another seat. The biggest disappointment for me is that my club insists that I give up my season ticket seat when the Old Firm visit. Small club mentality. I have a mate and he supports Rangers and his son follows Ayr. I've had them at Firhill and they've returned the hospitality down at Ayr and we've never had a problem. Why does a guy celebrating a goal for his team upset you so much? It's only a game of fitba'. It's a sad world when you can't go to a game with your mate. On occasion I've found myself instinctively applauding a fantastic piece of skill from an opposing player. Maybe I should move to the away end for my crime.

Only Thistle could lose an imaginary play off!

If Celtic fans could behave themselves they wouldn’t have smashed seats at most grounds they visit, wouldn’t have to use their own stewards (due to safety issues for own clubs stewards), wouldn’t be banned from the main stand at Firhill, wouldn’t be having areas of Parkhead closed down, wouldn’t have Celtic getting punished regularly from UEFA.

To save any bother what should have happened would have been to let Celtic have the whole ground and give us the Canal bank to stand, sure its a restricted view but at the end of the day its all money in the bank........

Tickets have been on sale for weeks and we're nowhere near selling our allocation. Saturday night in with the steam iron is proving a popular alternative, bobbyhouston . Rather stupid for Celtic fans to advertise where they're sitting but hardly surprising they'll be in the Main Stand in numbers. Be interesting if any flares are ignited. Duty of care issues? Anyway this should be a one off. We're supposed to be fan owned come April and we'd literally only have ourselves to blame if this madness is repeated.
