The only thing that i can think thats going on behind the scenes is that perhaps because Archie has worked with this group of players for so long and this being his first management role he is finding it too hard to cut the players who aren't performing.. Tho in the past we have pulled it out of the bag in the second half of the season so he obviously has the skills to turn a dressing room around.. Maybe familiarity is breeding complacency or maybe one of the new additions is throwing the players off.. but something is defo happening behind closed doors.. Have to add after the split last season it really showed that the team didnt give a crap and werent prepared to put the effort in to win games.. maybe that attitude since the split last year has prevailed.

Should of been made to repay the costs of replacing the flags at least.. Ridiculous decision

Id imagine that "when" we get confirmed as top six the players will either have a wage increase or a significant squad bonus so need to take that into account v wages for next year too
