I remember we scored the winner against Raith Rovers a few seasons ago, but the fog was so bad i only knew we had scored by the reaction of the crowd and the players. Didn't see the goal at all until about 5 hours after it was scored.

Agree. Unfortunately due to illness i won't be in my usual spot today. But will be there in spirit.

Although Morton are bottom of the league this won't be an easy game. I watched most of their game against Dunfermline on BBC Scotland last week and Morton were not great in the first half but vastly improved in the second and were unlucky not to get a draw at least. As has already been mentioned we will need just about every player to be playing at the top of their game and hopefully that will be enough to get 3 points.

After an injury to Sneddon, Mitchell finished last season as first choice, from Raith Rovers in March to the last game against Ross County.

Even first half and imo we were the better team second half, although not much in it. Didn't think Ayr looked like scoring in the second half until they got their penalty, which for me was never a pen. We were unlucky not to get a third when we hit the post with about 10 minutes to go.

I would add Morton to the list of doing better although they failed to make the playoffs. They also were struggling at the start of last season but went on a good run about this time last season. I have already posted on another thread, Dundee Utd winners, Raith Rovers second and any 2 from the remaining eight for the last 2 playoff places.
