  5. The North-West Branch will be running coaches to the Play-Off First Leg at Livingston. Full fare: £14 Concession: £8 Pick-Up Points: Milngavie Station 5:30 pm Esquire, Anniesland: 5:50 pm Maryhill CC Halls: 6:00 pm To reserve seats, please e-mail [email protected] or call 0141 632 3604 before 9:00 pm. These coaches are not subsidised and the Branch will be responsible for the costs so it is essential that you only request the number of seats you actually require and that any cancellations are communicated to us ASAP. Members seats are guaranteed and do not need to be re-booked, nor do those who reserved seats on the way back from Dundee need to reconfirm. Coach allocation information will be issued later.
  6. Please note that our buses are now fully booked. The club is, however, attempting to make arrangements for any supporters who have not managed to get seats with Supporters Clubs. Please e-mail [email protected] for further information. As you will be aware, The Club is financing the cost of travel to our post-split away fixtures in an attempt to maximise our support for these vital games. Details of our departure times and pick-up points are given below and, if you intend to travel, I’d advise you to get in touch as soon as possible since demand will be high. It is, however, equally important that only those who genuinely intend to attend the matches book places since, to do otherwise - or to fail to cancel bookings which are no longer required, could deprive others of the opportunity to be there to back the team in the final matches which will determine whether or not we will stay in the Premiership for season 2018-19. Dundee (Saturday 12 May) Milngavie Station 12:00 Esquire Anniesland 12:20 Maryhill CC Halls 12:30 To reserve seats, please e-mail [email protected]

  8. Unlikley to be equalled. Never to be forgotten!
  9. Apologies, just noticed an earlier thread covering this! Usually, when someone starts with “I hope I’m wrong, but…” they don’t mean it. Believe me, I do. So, I hope I’m wrong, but I fear we are going to be on the wrong end of a fixture fit-up. With it almost certain that the bottom six will comprise Motherwell, St Johnstone, Hamilton A, Dundee, Ross County and ourselves – the configuration of fixtures will be “interesting”! By the break, we will have played twice at every one of them, except Dundee. We will, after the Killie game, have played 16 home and 17 away matches. If the fixtures were to be balanced against our bottom six opponents, we would end up having played 20 home and 18 away matches across the season. I fear that is not going to happen and that a post-split four home/one away programme is a dream that we will be denied. A trip to Dens is, inevitable, but where will we end up for a third time and will it be another mid-week trip????? It might be paranoid to suggest that the politics of football incline towards keeping a standard bearer in the Highlands and that scheduling the fixtures that matter would be so much easier if there was one less Glasgow team – but we shall see! Of course, I might have completely misinterpreted the rules/motivation of the SPFL, I do hope so!

  13. Is Doncaster's appointment, perhaps, a step towards the ultimate merging of the SFA and the SFPL? Although there would be benefits from having one body governing the game in our relatively small country (for example, only one set of administrators would require to be sufficiently corrupt to allow the hegemony of the Gruesome Twosome to continue), it looks too much like common sense - where there would be no common purpose!
  14. Not clear, at least not to me on either our or Hearts sites. Better safe than sorry though!
  15. Pick ups: Milngavie Station – 12:30 Esquire House – 12:50 Maryhill Community Halls – 1:00 Prices: £14 for adults £8.50 for concessions. For seats non-members should e-mail [email protected] Please note, It appears that Hearts have again designated this match as all ticket and that, although this has changed on previous occasions, there will be no tickets will be on sale to Jags fans on the day! Anyone Intending to travel to should ensure that they purchase their tickets from Firhill.
  16. Surely not Joe. Ross County will not agree to the fixture being played when Scot Fox will presumably be unavailable due to the international fixtures on 23 and 27/03!
  17. IF it goes ahead, we'll get there!
