    Interesting to see what selection comes out of this, although we'll never know if the 11 on the pitch were picked by the players or not. It maybe that some who the fans don't ratebare very popular with the players. To use the old cliche, a player's player.

    I seem to remember Alan Hansen being more of a midfielder with us and it was Liverpool who converted him to a midfielder. But then again, my whatjamacallit is not what it used to be.

    Much as I'd like him, why on earth would Goodwin want to come to thistle even if we do survive ? I would expect him to have his sights on a decent Premier League side or down south. Sad to say, but no matter what happens, I am expecting GC to be in charge at the start of next season.

    Liam is rumoured to be on the move to Villa or Stoke in the summer. Could be a bit of cash coming our way. Interestingly many Barnsley fans don't appear to be too bothered about losing him

    QotS and Falkirk draw was by far the best result for us. It means only 2 points awarded and shared between the sides instead of 3. The red card was a bonus. Yes the Morton equaliser didn’t do us any favours.

For instance what would be done to stop me putting on a Falkirk shirt and chucking a few flares before starting a rumpus at one of their games so that they get a points penalty Generaly speaking, I am in favour
