Because it takes the media team at least 5 hours after the final whistle to do post match interviews, pack up their equipment, drive back to Firhill and start working on uploading interviews, match footage and highlights onto Jagzone. That's after they've driven up to Inverness in the morning, set up their equipment etc., recorded the game, done interviews with manager and a player etc. At least a 16 hour shift for some of them today, so maybe we should give the guys a break? 😂

His 'tea was out' when he (allegedly) failed to turn up for the reserve game against Hamilton a few weeks ago. McGinlay heading back to Motherwell as well.

Tbh it would be great if he was off to Accies. He has been a real disappointment.

I haven't seen him play. It would certainly be a big step up for him. I think the priority has to be a defensive mid and a centre back. Anyone in addition to that will be a bonus.

As everyone recognises we badly need a holding midfielder. McDonald and McGinlay will leave, and Dowds is not being recalled. I think Williamson has a PCA so don't think he's going anywhere. I won't be surprised if Luke McBeth - a young cental defender - features in our transfer activity, as well as a defensive mid.

We did an audit a few months ago so we know how many seats need attention. As with many of the issues in the stadium, it's a question of money and priorities.

Believe me, we'd be delighted to have your help. There's a load of work to do on an ongoing basis to keep the stadium functioning, and the volunteers are key to that. Yes it was 2-2 at the time. Realistically I think winning was beyond us, but 2nd was achievable. To rub salt in the wound BBGs other disallowed goal was also onside.

It matters inasmuch as we have a good shot at 2nd place if we get 3pts yesterday and win our last 2 games. If we now finish 4th we get £160k less in prize money than for 2nd and that's a massive issue for us given our financial position.

Given the circumstances leading up to his departure from Firhill I'd be astonished if we were prepared to touch him with a barge pole.

I suspect he'll be working on bringing at least one loanee in on the strength of the money we'll get from the Rangers tie. I think Mcavoy will help give us the solidity we lack in central defence, but we do need more in midfield and other options up front.

I couldn't agree more and believe we'll hear from the Board in the near future. In the meantime, the gate money and TV money from the Rangers game will help to ease some of the pressures.

I think the Board will make a statement in the near future telling us how bad the financial situation is. I think you'll find that the previous Board left our finances in a total mess and that there is very little money to strengthen the squad unless we can offload players like Cammy Smith.
