Partick75
Why are we not targeting a striker, as that's were the main issue is, we don't need another midfielder. The board need to come up with the goods or Championship here we come.
Third Lanark
Why are we not targeting a striker, as that's were the main issue is, we don't need another midfielder. The board need to come up with the goods or Championship here we come. Pogba is a striker - unfortunately he either looks like scoring or is injured - neither is good enough - as we need him to be scoring goals. People can say that he looks great potential and is very close to scoring goals but right now that's not good enough- get the finger out Mathias.I'm actually resigned to an extent we will be in the bottom 2 and silver lining is that we have a few who will do alright there that are signed up eg Nisbett, Stevenson (though he should be doing better now), Welsh get likes of doolanscored and Cerny up and no point in renewing likes of Amoo and Seabourne Edited September 26, 2015 by Third Lanark
Partick75
If Archie's team don't beat Utd next week I'd say good bye to the management and get experience in to stop our club bleeding, worst team in a good few years. How many of today's starting team played last season? If we sack our manager, who will come in to "turn things round"? Motherwell have just sacked their manager. Who would choose us over them? Yiravinalaff.
Partick75
I know funds are pretty low but surely a striker is a striker even if it's one from a lower league or something, the signings have been garbage so far this season, Pogba injured dud, Amoo enough said, Miller cart horse, awful. The Sunnylaw Jag
Even Ryan Edwards in ten minutes showed enough to hopeful about.
thestreets
How did Archies dud signings perform today? That's right. Excellent all of them. Well done Jags. you are right they all did well today, but we need more from them week in week out, see at end of season if you are right and hopefully you are right and they are all great but one swallow does not make a summer!!!

La Scimmia Rossa
There's no middle ground in football. I have no idea what that means.
The Sunnylaw Jag
There's no middle ground in football. Not so sure about that I always thought the bit in the around centre was the middle ground and perhaps that's where the term midfield comes from
Pinhead
LSR is the middle ground - a Class A Dobber who would rather have a go at thistle fans than enjoy a good night celebrating !!
Woodstock Jag
Today: Dumbaya: excellent Pogba: good Amoo: good Cerny: very good In fact, put that way, Archie's signings in this window were among the better performances in today's side. I think he was replying to some idiot post from our resident wind up artist. Tendency is to completely ignore these posts. Perhaps LSR has been celebrating too much?
