Lindau
Jeez, a lot of the old icons are falling fast (how has Keith Richards escaped so far?) Soon won't be anybody left! http://www.theguardian.com/music/live/2016/jan/11/david-bowie-dies-of-cancer-aged-69-reports https://media.giphy.com/media/3o85xtaVGDW2ONvmq4/giphy.gif Edited January 11, 2016 by Lindau

Jaggernaut
Would be a nice touch if the Firhill DJ could play "Heroes" at the next home game.
The Sunnylaw Jag
BTW was it Bowie or Bowie? Never did know how to pronounce it.

Norgethistle
Bowie was a one off, we will never see his likes again, his diversity and talent probably touched anyone who likes music. RIP The Thin White Duke
Gingerjag
So sad. I'm 27 and listened to him since I was about 10 when my big bro played his cds all the time. Was just watching a Bowie documentary on New years Day with my old man who has all his LPs. Heard Rebel Rebel on radio just yesterday even my girlfriend was singin along. RIP David Bowie
BowenBoys
In a day of tributes from around the world, the most moving happened here in Glasgow. It was a sad day and when I heard this last night, I finally shed a tear. Thank you Christopher Nicol for using your recital to pay tribute to Bowie. And thanks to Gordon Wilson for having the presence of mind to get his phone out to record it. It has now been viewed 2.2 million times. http://m.eveningtime...nist/?ref=fbshr
