douglas clark
EK Thistle are a junior club, nothing to do with EKFC Â Point taken. I didn't realise East Kilbride was a hotbed of football clubs. I aways saw it as a lot of roundabouts leading nowhere in particular.

Third Lanark
We are needing the money to get guys like Osman signed up on new deals so I wouldn't object to them having the game at firhill
allyo
But the stink will linger. Â I think they have scented candles. They were lighting them in Stranraer

Got my dates mixed up last post. We've a couple of weeks till the pitch/ground is next used unless we have to replay United in midweek. stillresigned
This whole fiasco encapsulates what's wrong with how the games run in this country!
Norgethistle
Why can't they just play at home and set the attendance accordingly?
Charlie Endell
Why can't they just play at home and set the attendance accordingly? As previous posters have pointed out the ground is located in a country park - the police would effectively have to close down the park as you can see the pitch from several vantage points - this would involve a lot of police manpower and would mean families, dog walkers, golfers (it's beside Torrance House golf course), joggers etc. would be prevented from enjoying the park on a Saturday / Sunday afternoon.
