Evidently Higgins and his manager chappie are going to defend themselves by saying that they were so scared of the company they were in over in Ukraine they felt they had to agree to the scam. Something along the lines of agreeing to throw four frames at an up and coming event. It's on video and evidently pretty damning. It was set up in a hotel in Kiev and 300K euros was the sum mentioned. Higgin's manager is claiming they just agreed to it as they were scared shitless. I agree, but you've got to question folk who say the game is corrupt from top to bottom. That's just sheer nonsense. In fact it's totally ludicrous.
