Thing is the H^ns had agreed in court not to make this deal and then a few months later went ahead and did it.  Hence SD going for an injunction.  The judges explanation of why he granted the full injunction against Rangers now is basically that they could't be trusted and had broken their word.  Duuuh!  Dave KIng could never be said to have been born in Ayr.  That is the reputation of that  club now.

Edit on checking my memory, actually 3 injunctions but all closely connected:  SD went for an injunction back in July but relented when Rangers' reps gave promises not to go ahead with the elite deal.  Promises made in court.  Then they went ahead and did it anyway.  After all, they are the people and don't have to keep their word.
