Is this the moment? Has the tanker completed it's turning manoeuvre and is now heading in the right direction?

Maybe aye, maybe no. The next few weeks will tell. The tanker does look in better shape than it did at the end of 2018.

Thanks Camallain. How on earth did he get all that space?

The last 5 minutes or so both teams went for the winner. It was a great break away move. If this goal was scored by other teams in a higher league than us it would be getting shown over and over.

Cool finish. This time the keeper did come out and close him down and he still squeezed it into the corner. Confidence not affected by the earlier one-on-one.

Love the crowd scene and specially the soundtrack.

Camallain, you bring pleasure to thousands. Thanks for sharing.

That would be rightly classed as an extremely composed finish if it came from an experienced striker like Kris Doolan or Scott McDonald.

That it was delivered by a 17 year old makes it an outstanding one. He could easily have snapped at it, and many would have done in those circumstances. Instead Aidan coolly bided his time and picked his spot beautifully.

Well done young man!!

Factor in he may well have had his miss/poor decision of a few minutes earlier still on his mind. Certainly seen many others over the years who, when things not going their way, rush their shot.

Funny how watching Camallain's fine video of the goal it's all over in a flash.True, Aiden did well to bide his time, but in real time watching from the JHS the ball seemed to take an eternity from leaving Mansell's boot to crossing the line! Thought the Clown Ref might blow the final whistle in between. :)

Agree with all the other comments-don't know how you can keep a steady hand to film these clips. Love the noise as Fitzy's shot goes in and the mass hug with the folk at the bottom of the stand.

Yeah well I usually manage to keep the camera reasonably steady but not always and here's the proof:

A very similar situation to yesterday with Thistle grabbing a last gasp winner..........obviously I got a bit over excited with this one

For me, the best part of Aidan's goal video is just before he hits it. For a fraction of a second there is the sound of two thousand fans holding their breath. A moment pregnant with hope. Then an eruption.

As many have said, much gratitude for your work. Your documenting of moments of Thistle history is very valuable. This is one of many that will be savoured time and time again.
