Falkirk 16 March

We can live with a point today.

Something worthy of debate though - since GC took the helm we have won one out of six against Alloa/Falkirk. OK only lost one too, but only 7 points out of 18 against two teams that we should be looking to be well ahead of?

Anyway, best wishes tonight to all Jags fans wherever in the world you may be.

Just out of the ground. Again, we dominated for a lot of the match, but couldn't score that second goal. Missed Anderson in the defense. Bannigan and Slater were poor today, in my opinion - kind of rummle-them-up kind of game that doesn't suit either of them. Storey played well when he came on. A draw isn't bad, but it would have been nice to have won.

It's 7 from 18 against sides we are pretty much equal with. I think it's just a reflection of where we are.

and best wishes to you too Barney!

Thought a draw was about right. We had maybe more of the ball in opponents half but they missed the better chances. We had three/four ball playing midfielders but continuously punted balls out of defence over their heads to the two up front.

McGinty for Anderson was an obvious worry but I felt the loss of Elliott affected the balance in the side and Christie was the bigger miss.

To be fair with regards to Falkirk in 2019 apart from Ross County most teams in the league have struggled to get wins off them.  Bar some appalling officiating from me Dallas we were unlucky to get nothing at Firhill

thought we really missed anderson in our defence today

macdonald ran his socks for us

banzo, spittal and slater all had an off day today imo

we need someone in the middle that can force the game towards the opposition

banzo spittal and slater too much alike, plenty of effort, but how many shots did they have on goal

storey is storey, has great pace,  technical skill but

agree we missed elliott down the right flank

Storey has technical skill. That's news to me

4 points out of last two games is ok if we win on Friday

Agree. We might not know if this was a good point or 2 dropped for a few weeks. We have 4 home games and imo all are winnable. The away games we should be able to pick up at least a point from each of them except for maybe Ross County. Next week we play first. A win on Friday night would put us 7th and put pressure on the teams round about us, including QOS and Morton, who wouldn't have expected to be under pressure a few weeks ago.
