dl1971
On my way. I'm predicting nothing but hoping we win. Looking at the bench apart from Fitzpatrick not a lot to get excited about. What other team could he play?

Semi Nurainen
Cardle and Fitzpatrick on the bench. Oooh, Jim Goodwin will be really scared!
ScottyDFA
Fitzpatrick and Cardle on the bench. Not sure about even bothering. I'm done with Caldwell and his shit-for-brains nonsense. Edited April 20, 2019 by ScottyDFA
madcapmilkdrinker
Just saw the team and wanted to check, we’re trying to win rather than eke out a brave draw right?
Barney Rubble
Not a chance he'll start Fitzpatrick in these circumstances. That's normal. On the other hand, the ones he has trusted to start have a duty to deliver today. C'mon the Jags!!

ScottyDFA
The best way to navigate out of a situation like ours is to fill your starting line-up with good footballers rather than average ones.

In an ideal world yes. In the world Thistle work in, we do not have enough 'good' footballers at our disposal. Otherwise we would not be in the situation we are in. As far as Aidan is concerned, he's a smashing talent, but he's a way to go before he can be fully relied upon yet. I realise that is unlikely to be a popular opinion, but in my view it's the reason for his current lack of starts.
Harrybriscoe
Poor start. Nervy defending with the inevitable error giving away what could be a very costly goal. Unless Cardle is injured he should have been on from the start. Alloa looking the more competent side so things must be changed..and soon! Harrybriscoe
Real feeling of de ja vu as an animated Goodwin directs his men from the touchline in contrast to a Archiesque arms folded Caldwell. This is painful!

Legs Like A Spider
Don't want to sound as if I'm panicking but maybe Caldwell will need to bring Storey on 5 minutes earlier today.
