This week’s two new signings straight into the starting 11, no panic here at all.

I know it is the Thistle way to bring players in and sit them on the bench for a couple of weeks, but Hall has been training with us for weeks and played on Tuesday.

We should be comfortable here, but we've shot ourselves in the foot (feet?) twice - poor pass back from Hall and then Gordon throws himself into a tackle he didn't have to make and gets sent off (undeservedly, in my opinion).

Doolan has played the same as he did with us in the past couple of seasons, fairly anonymous. Having said that, he'll probably go on to get a hat trick.

If we carry on playing football in the second half we can still win this, even with 10 men. If we start booting it up the park like at Morton, we'll lose.

Why is it never straightforward with Thistle?

Agree with all of that especially 3rd and 4th paragraphs

If Caldwell is the answer, we are asking the wrong question. A shocking capitulation - will he blame his players two weeks in a row?

Zanatta looks sharp. But that’s about it.

Inevitable Dools would score. Legend.

2 red cards is not Caldwell’s fault. I think he is justified in blaming the players

Im not sure Caldwell is necessary the answer but in terms of shocking capitulation- what do you expect when 2 men are sent off pretty much any team would struggle

why are you so worked up - don’t go to games, don’t get season ticket but always first to hang around the forum and start moaning as soon as we lose - even moaning your going to resign for a year
