Is McCall the Messiah?

In an interview (I don't remember who for, maybe a newspaper) after he left us, McCall said that PTFC was a "magical" club, and that he hoped to return one day. From that moment on I had no doubt that I wanted him back. He got Ayr playing some great football (they continued that yesterday too). And actually I believe that when he knows it's time to step aside, he'll do what's best for the club. But I hope that won't be for a few years, because he'll be successful.

You could also add to that we hope that any new board will not act impetuously. If McCall is indeed successful there'll still be ups and downs, reversals in form, plenty of hiccups. You see it at Watford, a club that has no traditional status in the top division. Yet they seem to change their manager every other week. Maybe the knee jerk sackings work down south but by large don't in our divisions.

Just another concern about potential new owners particularly if they run the Club from a distance.
