vs. Ayr United

Recommended Posts

Just watched highlights of Ayr beating Morton 3-2 in Greenock. Even without Shankland they're still scoring for fun.

They are capable of giving us a gubbing.

No way Thistle should be running scared of Ayr Utd (or any side in this division, regardless of form). We've taken their manager - now time to take 3 points and then we'll have our favourite striker back :thumbsup2:

Passed the ground on the train today,  sadly the engine shed has been demolished at the back of the away end.

AJ has just beamed me up with his team. He thinks that McCall should show a bit of enterprise and boldly go with the following stars:

                       Armstrong

 Uhura    Chekov    Sulu    Scott

                 Klingon    Aldrin

              Spock    Kirk    McCoy

                       Major Tom

All good in the air. If we can get a victory it will be a small step for McCall and a giant leap for Thistle.

Doh!

And that's the catch phrase from Homer Simpson. The one you want for the engineer on Star Trek is "The ingins cannae take it"

Arguably it came from James Finlayson, the Scottish actor in Laurel & Hardy...

Also, Armstrong and Aldrin never went into space

Really? Moon doesn't count? I didn't know that, but I suppose it make sense. I will use it.

I’d move McCoy back into the engine room, it’s his natural position.

You want Scotty in the engine room. I blame Eunice for me knowing so much about Star Trek.

The closest they got to the moon was a piece of blue cheese in the film studio canteen.

Today I'll be mostly puzzling over the warp factor variant in velocity between a Raffaele de Vita and a Gary Harkins. I'll be using a ratio of two cardles to a zanatta.

I think Harkins would have to Klingon to de Vita to have any chance
