Greg kiltie has played for both Killie and the pars and can’t play therefore for a third team

Must say I don't really understand the Callum Wilson thingy but the answer most likely lies in the "mutual consent". I'll leave it at that.

As for Rudden I wouldn't be that keen on a loan deal but as a permanent signing would be a completely different matter.

Agree about Wilson; he was a bright young hopeful.

Well that would be even more great news in addition to the Rudden news if he was to come our way. I had thought kiltie had played in a league cup game for Killie

Graeme McGarry tweeting the Rudden deal is close but could be start of next week before being finalised.  Also saying a loan deal for a Premiership player.

I'm guessing the Premiership loanee is a returning fan favourite.

Should we not cross that BRIDGE when we come to it?

He came off the bench twice and had another two games where he was on the bench but unused.

Graeme Mcgarry...l

Hearing prospective Thistle loan may now run into tomorrow, so looks like no confirmed business from Firhill tonight as things stand.

interesting comment from Tam McManus....

Partick Thistle really going for it this window if some of the names Im hearing are correct I wouldn’t rule them out for a late run into the top 4.

I would guess that completion of some will depend on movements outwards first of all.

from the daily ranger....

Partick Thistle have completed the signing of Rangers youngster Zak Rudden on a permanent transfer, Record Sport understands.

The 19-year-old spent last season on loan at Falkirk, scoring 12 Championship goals as the Bairns were relegated.

Rudden has spent the first half of this season on loan at Plymouth Argyle but has scored just three goals.

It’s understood he will now continue his career at Firhill, leaving Ibrox on a permanent basis.

Record Sport can also reveal that Brian Graham will join from Ross County while the Jags are also looking to do a deal for Darian McKinnon of Hamilton.

Great news although not so sure about McKinnon - he’s 35 this year. Short term may be ok in terms of doing a job in midfield.

Younger than Gary Harkins and I’d wager he’s at least  5 times as mobile.

Nearly all of those mentioned would be beneficial. But I’m not so sure about McKinnon. Yes, we need a player of his type but he was very ponderous against us in August, looking well past it.

Hes also a psycho!

A few years ago perhaps.

Are you not underwhelmed by Lewis Mansell and Gary Harkins? Both would be excellent direct replacements between now and May.

‘ that’s 5 or 6 left and we need to get 5 or 6 in ‘ Ian McCall ....yep

I’m pretty sure he’d love to get rid of another 5 or 6 if it were possible.

Fox, Sneddon, Saunders, Penrice, Cole, Banzo, Zanatta (accompanied by a rocket up his arse) can all stay.

Jones, Cardle, O'Ware, Slater and Gordon because I'm feeling charitable.

The rest can GTF as quickly as possible please.
