One t in Scotland
Similar to Team of the Decade ( not necessarily the best but the reaction to it ) Higginbotham v. Hearts ( I doubt I will celebrate a goal with such gusto again ) Craigen v. Morton ATS v. Kilmarnock ( just before the Hearts game ) Doolan v. QoS ( then sat down and realised it was another 30 mins to sit through ) ETA O'Donnell v. Dunfermline Edited December 30, 2019 by One t in Scotland
lady-isobel-barnett
One to add to the list. Rowson's goal, last kick of the season in 2011.

jlsarmy
Got to be Dools goal against Hibs at Easter Road when he ran from the halfway line , beat a couple of players and dinked it over the keeper . Genius moment from a PTFC player
laukat
Some good ones already mentioned. How about the following? Gary Fraser v Hearts, don't think I've seen a cleaner strike SOD v Dunfermline, the impudent chip finish was just a joy to watch
Jagsman
Erskine v Falkirk to wrap up the win and title
Third Lanark
Loved O donnells against Dundee United at tannadice. We rarely win up there anyway but to be able to do so and score such an incredible goal
BowenBoys
Higginbotham at Tynecastle was a wonderful emotional moment. Thumped home to emphatically draw a line under our relegation fears. But I've not seen anything more beautiful than the move finished imperiously by SOD at Tannadice. That 1 jags fan
Storer’s volley vs Morton has to be up there
jags on tour
SoD vs Dunf Erskine vs Airdrie Sod vs DUTD Dools vs Hibs. my pick would be Sod vs Dunf, unbelievable build up play and finish!
allyo
In terms of reaction, Christie Elliott against Airdrie has to be up there. For quality, Chris Erskine volley against Airdrie in the same season was pretty spectacular. (It was also crucial as we were still chasing Morton and it broke the deadlock)

What a very good team we had then and we scored a few very good goals in that game. On a more personal note this game was 5 days after my Mother died. So the result and Thistle performance helped to make what started as a terrible week a bit more enjoyable for a few hours anyway. Also good to see myself and young Robert behind the goals.

Winter of '63
My top five goals in ascending order are :- 5. Chris Erskine against Hibs at Firhill - great combination between Higgy, Lyle Taylor down the right  a clever dummy by Dools and a cracking finish by Chris. 4. Steven O'Donnell at Tannadice - length of the park in 5 touches including a back-heel...this is the only choice I didn't see live. 3. Higgy against Motherwell at Fir Park - won the ball, weaved past 5 defenders and slotted into the corner...as said elsewhere Higgy was a man possessed that day 2. Stephen O'Donnell against Dunfermline - a great team goal in a game when we realised that we might just have a special team 1. Gary Fraser at Tynecastle - with a huge Thistle support behind the goal as the shot exploded in the net and we knew we were staying up was a special moment

sandy
Didn’t Forbes score a rocket in the 5-1 game against The Pars? Or am I mixing it up with O’Donnell....

RaveOnBobbyLaw
SOD at Tannadice for me. Full length of the pitch with (I think) Craigen, Higgy, SOD, backheel from Taylor then dummy from SOD and sumptuous finish.  Added bonus of leaving Paul Paton on his arse.

Jaggernaut
That team that got us promotion under Archie, and then did well for the next season or two, is one of my favourite ever Jags squads.

Jagged Edge
Definitely my favourite team in 48 years of watching Thistle. The ease in which the key members of that team rolled back the years playing in Dools' Testimonial still brings a lump to my throat. For those of you quick at arithmetic, yes, I admit it, I am a gloryhunter. I started going to Thistle matches in 1972!
lady-isobel-barnett
Altho' separated by months the 2nd half v Hearts at Tynecastle and the 1st half v Dundee at Dens were only a couple of games apart. Apart from both games been blessed by two cracking goals from Fraser I reckon we played some of our best football in yon accumulated 90mins.
