Another option would be to let fans rent it for banners or posters, e.g. happy birthday messages. We could ring-fence the money for youth development. May I suggest the "Laughing Stock" bing, or in honour of our Board who have somehow convinced younger and more hard-of-thinking fans that its ok to have a three sided stadium with an ultimate option to demolish another side - The F*** You, We Are In Control, Fans Will Do As They're Told bing.
