Spike
Quite interesting stuff from Kenny Crichton here as he puts the injured boys through their paces. He seems quite optimistic for the season.. for a physio Kenny Crichton

Vom Itorium
Good on the players for getting back into it and keeping themselves in shape during pre-season but let's not forget they are so-called 'professional' footballers after all. With the amount of players out there looking for clubs and the clubs themselves running with smaller squads it's now a MUST for players to be as professional as possible and hopefully this can only be a good things for clubs like ourselves. Keeping fit is only part of it though. We need these lads to learn that their off the field antics are just as crucial as being fit and ready to play football.
