potty trained
Well I say, cup final merch. What I mean is sale items with cup final stitched on them. Great effort, greaves. http://www.greavessports.com/partick-thistle-b503#cat0 Edited February 21, 2013 by potty trained
Jaggernaut
Looks like a last-ditch attempt to offload the awful Airdrie tribute gear. Real shame how the excellent 1st year and a half of Greaves went rapidly downhill.
G SUS
Not too impressed with the selection, A special Ramsden's Cup T shirt(maybe with the scores of the run on the back of it) would be a top seller IMO.
jagfox
They are meant to be getting commerative scarves in. Apart from that old tat training tops with a transfer. Poor show. They had two lads working during the queue for tickets on Tuesday. My mate and I went in but didn't even have a non-pink bunnet for sale. Poor show, imo. Lost chance of revenue for the club as well. jagfox
Fancy one of the long sleeve tops. Only a tenner. Will the club benefit from any sales?
H Wragg
Looks like a last-ditch attempt to offload the awful Airdrie tribute gear. Correct. Who on earth thought it acceptable to produce gear in seemingly every colour scheme other than red, yellow and black?
uberteeb
Ooft that stuff is awful. But is there really a market for Challenege Cup merchandise anyway? If I were to see fans of other clubs wearing something commemorating a Challenge Cup final I'd be pretty embarassed for them.

Agree with both comments but I'd prefer a polo shirt to a t-shirt.
potty trained
yeah i know... st mirren again.... but here's what a team of a similar size are doing for their cup final visit. quite a comprehensive list of one off gear http://www.pslteamsports.com/acatalog/SMFC.html Also, like our partnership with greaves, St Mirren's partnership with JD Sports comes to an end in a couple of months. But the company doing the cup final stuff are not related to JD Sports as far as i'm aware.

potty trained
Reasonable prices too. I just messaged the guy, asking him to contact Maxy, to see if they can do anything, admittedly short notice, 6 weeks til the final! You never know. Third Lanark
When St Johnstone won it a few years ago they had a special Ramsdens Cup Final footie strip, had loads of lapel badges, scarves, merchandise etc They even charged their supporters £2 each to get their photo taken with the trophy

potty trained
I just messaged the guy, asking him to contact Maxy, to see if they can do anything, admittedly short notice, 6 weeks til the final! You never know. But got this reply.... Looks like we are stuck with that nonsense. Thanks for the kind words and idea but I'm afraid that Partick Thistle are currently under contract to Greaves so there is nothing we could do for them. Would love to have helped out. Cheers Alan
Jaggernaut
Went into Greaves yesterday and had a look to see if there were any end-of-series bargains worth buying. But I just couldn't bring myself to part with good money for any of the stuff that's left, certainly not at the "sale" prices.

topcat
See on the OS in the news story for the Ramsden Cup Mascot that they are selling Cup Final flags for £2.00 at the Dumbarton game. Although by keeping the advertising to that story they may just be targeting the kids with this Merch.
jags on tour
Ramsden's cup final scarves are even more of an embarressment than the Raith fans who had Raith vs Celtic Scottish cup scarves!
