I've raised a ticket and tried the chat bot, to no avail. Purchase was through ScrewFix - any known issues with them or is it just a slow process? Some donations show up within days others appear as pending for weeks and there's a few companies who don't pay out at all. (There may be small print somewhere that lets them off paying.)
